About Our Parish
About Blessed Iwene Tansi Parish
Blessed Iwene Tansi Parish was established to serve the growing Catholic community in Phase 6. Named after Blessed Cyprian Michael Iwene Tansi, a Nigerian monk known for his deep holiness and devotion, the parish strives to reflect his values of humility, sacrifice, and missionary zeal. We are under the Nkwo Deanery, one of the deaneries within the Catholic Diocese of Enugu.
Vision:
To be a Christ-centered parish community where love, unity, and spiritual growth flourish under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Mission:
To nurture faith through sacraments, liturgy, and catechesis
To promote service through parish organizations and outreach
To engage all members in active evangelism and spiritual formation
